LavenirAI – Early-Stage B2B SaaS (AI x Procurement)
LavenirAI is an experimental AI-powered SaaS platform reimagining procurement workflows inside enterprise organizations. At the time of engagement, the company had recently launched, raised $2M in funding, and was serving just two clients - without a defined GTM or outbound motion in place.
Over the course of 52 days (and ongoing), we helped LavenirAI go from stealth mode to enterprise-ready by building and testing a tailored outbound program focused on both messaging clarity and market fit.
Their product - being highly technical and unfamiliar to most buyers - required a strong storytelling-driven approach. Compared to their existing assets, our narrative-led campaigns performed exceptionally well in sparking interest and understanding.
The results speak for themselves. Our outbound campaigns generated SQLs from global enterprises including Accenture, LinkedIn, Eli Lilly & Co, IHG Hotels, Dallas Cowboys, Volkswagen, Miro, UnderArmour, and ExxonMobil.
Even at the most conservative estimate, the pipeline generated is valued at $2.7M, with realistic upside of $5M+ depending on procurement team sizes and rollout scope.
This outbound motion quickly became LavenirAI’s highest-performing marketing channel, helping position them as a serious contender for large-scale enterprise adoption - something they had not previously achieved through other marketing or growth initiatives.
