LavenirAI – Early-Stage B2B SaaS (AI x Procurement)

  • LavenirAI is an experimental AI-powered SaaS platform reimagining procurement workflows inside enterprise organizations. At the time of engagement, the company had recently launched, raised $2M in funding, and was serving just two clients - without a defined GTM or outbound motion in place.

  • Over the course of 52 days (and ongoing), we helped LavenirAI go from stealth mode to enterprise-ready by building and testing a tailored outbound program focused on both messaging clarity and market fit.


  • Their product - being highly technical and unfamiliar to most buyers - required a strong storytelling-driven approach. Compared to their existing assets, our narrative-led campaigns performed exceptionally well in sparking interest and understanding.
